Enjoy the flavor of Fishwife's caramelized, tender, and campfire-y smoked salmon combined with Fly By Jing's sweet, tangy, spicy and umami-rich Zhong sauce. This Special Edition smoked salmon is wonderful served simply on your favorite cracker, but we also love it in a rice bowl, on a bagel with capers and onions, or in a hearty sandwich. 

Fishwife's smokes the salmon in small batches over a mix of beech, maple, and birch wood. It's then hand-packed and canned by fifth-generation family-run cannery on the central coast of Washington.
